Job Overview
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Administration Clerk to join our team. As an Administration Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring seamless operations within the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need completion of Grade 12 with substantial experience in customer service. A tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 will be advantageous. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is R280,000 - R380,000, inclusive of benefits such as medical aid, pension fund, and leave. Employees working in Mobile Units should be prepared for varying weather conditions.
