Main Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry in SAP, generate relevant information from SAP, and upload project progress reports.
- Provide administrative support for the Bank-wide Project Processing Schedule (BPPS).
- Compile portfolio databases and perform data analysis as required.
- Ensure regular updates on projects and key performance indicators.
- Establish databases to track disbursements and ongoing projects.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on portfolio management.
Office Administration:
- Manage systems, create and process travel and expense reports in SAP.
- Devise and maintain office systems for efficient document flow.
- Assist the Division manager in stakeholder interactions.
- Support in reviewing documentation quality and making recommendations.
- Assist in preparing communication and presentation documents.
- Assist in organizing activities such as seminars and workshops.
- Manage all logistics related to meetings and events.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Division Manager.
- Perform any other operational support duties as requested.
