Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm consultations with clients to discuss their investment goals and strategies.
  • Work closely with our team of experts, including Chartered Accountants, Tax Specialists, and Trust Attorneys, to provide comprehensive investment advice.
  • Consult with primary buyers and investors to help them grow their property portfolio.
  • Sell investment property to first-time and seasoned investors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining close relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Log all client interactions and activities on our CRM system.
  • Update sales spreadsheets and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare contracts, mandates, and FICA documentation for clients.
  • Promote other services offered by the IGrow Group.
  • Arrange and facilitate show house viewings as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant diploma or degree (financial qualification advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years of property sales experience or in a financial advisory role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Reliable transportation during working hours.
  • Home-office setup with a stable internet connection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, G Suite, Zoom).
  • Telephone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of trust entities and company structures.
  • Knowledge of property financing.
  • Knowledge of property registration.
  • General tax knowledge.
