Job Title: Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling bank statements, and generating invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial statements on a regular basis.
  • Invoicing & Billing: Generate and send invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring that all receipts and documentation are appropriately filed and tracked.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
    • Proficient in accounting software.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Bookkeeping certifications or similar qualifications.
    • Experience with payroll processing and tax filing.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
