Wild Dreams Hospitality is a renowned hospitality company that offers exceptional service and products to its clients. We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in the beverage production department.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage production process. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in food production and processing, with a strong understanding of production equipment and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production of beverages, including water and juices, to ensure timely completion according to schedule.
  • Quality Control: Monitor production quality and output to maintain high standards.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stock taking and inventory management to prevent losses and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Support Functions: Provide general support to daily work functions, including administrative tasks and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Culture Ambassador: Uphold the company culture and values at all times, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both Afrikaans and English. They will also demonstrate a proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and under pressure. A valid driver's license and forklift certification would be beneficial assets in this role.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel as our Operations Coordinator, you will require:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in food production and processing.
  • Strong knowledge of production equipment and food safety principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A valid driver's license and forklift certification (desired).
