Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to join our team at West Coast Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trade credit and surety solutions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Request ageing's from all clients on a monthly basis and ensure they are in an acceptable format.
  • Import client credit limits and ageing's into the knowlEDGE system without errors.
  • Prepare necessary client reports within 24 hours of receipt and discuss any deviations with the Specialist Broker.
  • Ensure reports are error-free and discuss discrepancies with the Specialist Broker.
  • Adhere to a turnaround time of 48 hours on all tasks unless otherwise directed.

Support

  • Attend to additional tasks allocated by the Specialist Broker in terms of admin.
  • Collate, prepare, and email guarantee schedules to relevant clients.
  • Prepare and email monthly financial spreadsheets prior to the end of the month.
  • Liaise with service providers on any issues as they arise.
  • Ensure invoices are received timeously for payment at month-end.

General

  • Adhere to a turnaround time of 48 hours on all tasks unless otherwise directed.
  • Keep the kitchen neat, tidy, and stocked daily.
  • Ensure the overall office is neat and tidy and attend to any problems.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with knowlEDGE, Vox, Telkom, telephone systems, and WiFi.
  • Ability to report issues to management immediately and prioritize remediation.
