We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Reconciliation Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of financial transactions, eliminating misappropriation of company assets, and preventing fraudulent financial reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Auditing declarations from branches
  • TUV, tote, betman, banking, EFT, cheque, LPMS, ATM, credit card, Ithuba reconciliations
  • Manual transactions reconciliations
  • Auditing receivables (credit card or other)
  • Cash counts and paperwork audits
  • Research and development as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed matric with mathematics and English
  • Computer literacy
  • 1-year administration experience

Nice to Have:

  • Degree/Diploma in related field
  • Valid driver's license
