About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in English Automotive. As a key member of our global team, you'll play a vital role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience
Requirements
  • 6 months or more of work experience
  • B1+ level of English in both written and verbal communications
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
  • Computer savvy with ability to manage multiple screens
  • High school diploma or equivalent
