Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CallForce. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate
  • Fluent English (Higher Grade English pass in Matric)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a contact centre
  • Automotive experience in a complaints department is an advantage
