About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support via various communication channels
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate solutions
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of work experience
  • B1+ level of English in both written and verbal communications
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
  • Computer literacy and ability to manage multiple screens
  • High school diploma or equivalent
