  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service, communicating effectively to ensure seamless execution.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests, increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas and travel documents.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, adhering to company policies and regulations.
