- Compliance: Ensure end-to-end compliance with all regulatory standards and risk management practices.
- Client Satisfaction: Strive to enhance client satisfaction through exceptional support and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications:
- FAIS Representative Certification: FAIS Representative certification, where applicable.
- Certified Banking Professional (CBP): Additional certifications in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, or Financial Services are advantageous.
- Leadership Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Business & Commercial Banking or similar areas, with a strong understanding of Enterprise Direct Propositions.
- Proven Track Record: Proven experience in leading teams, especially in environments with high-risk and credit management responsibilities.
