Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • FAIS Representative Certification: FAIS Representative certification, where applicable.
  • Certified Banking Professional (CBP): Additional certifications in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, or Financial Services are advantageous.
Experience:
  • Leadership Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Business & Commercial Banking or similar areas, with a strong understanding of Enterprise Direct Propositions.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in leading teams, especially in environments with high-risk and credit management responsibilities.
