Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be required to achieve set sales targets by providing all customers with unrivaled service excellence and maintaining constructive relationships to ensure that every customer's experience is outstanding.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
  2. Drive specific strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
  3. Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
  4. Total commitment to achieving sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using own skills.
  5. Identify and venture into new revenue streams.
  6. Ensure customer escalations are managed and feedback is provided.
  7. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
  8. Have a strong understanding of industry and market trends and customer behaviour.
  9. Evaluate vehicles correctly.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  1. Minimum Grade 12.
  2. 3 years sales executive experience.
  3. A Code 8 Driver's Licence is vital.
  4. Computer literacy.
  5. Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets.
