About the Role:

As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels;
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives;
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth;
- Plan and manage marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities;
- Prepare and present regular marketing reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role;
- Proficiency in managing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising);
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools;
- Strong project management and leadership skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum depending on experience,
