About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our team at Incubeta. As a key member of our Performance+ team, you will be responsible for running paid media services and driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, working closely with managers to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively optimize and grow accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and react to fluctuations in performance, using analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve long-term growth objectives, exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, delivering presentations and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and pitches, showcasing Incubeta's expertise and value proposition.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, setting up accounts and tech to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, but a strong numerical and analytical mindset is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A strong interest in the digital industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
