About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions Engineer to join our team at Liyema Consulting. As an IAM Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions for identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and Designing IAM Solutions: You will analyze business requirements and design IAM solutions to meet those needs.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintaining IAM Systems: You will troubleshoot and maintain IAM systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Managing Incidents and Requests: You will manage incidents and requests related to IAM, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with IAM Trends and Technologies: You will stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies, applying that knowledge to improve our IAM solutions.
Essential Skills and Requirements
  • Advanced Knowledge of IAM and IT Security: You will have advanced knowledge of IAM and IT security principles and practices.
  • Expert Knowledge of IAM Solutions: You will have expert knowledge of at least one IAM solution, preferably OneIdentity.
  • Agile Development and DevOps Expertise: You will have expertise in agile development and DevOps, including experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Current IT Architectures, Vendors, and Trends: You will have knowledge of current IT architectures, vendors, and trends.
  • Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: You will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Solution Crafting and Documentation Abilities: You will have solution crafting and documentation abilities, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • ITSM ServiceNow Knowledge: You will have knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow.
Advantageous Skills
  • Practical Knowledge of OneIdentity IAM Solution: You will have practical knowledge of OneIdentity IAM solution.
  • Ability to Review and Troubleshoot Scripts and Code: You will have the ability to review and troubleshoot scripts and code.
  • Fluency in German Speaking and Translation: You will have fluency in German speaking and translation.
  • SAP Knowledge - SAP IAM: You will have knowledge of SAP IAM.
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management Processes and Protocols in Azure and AWS: You will have knowledge of identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: You will have strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Assertiveness and Pro-Active Management and Responsiveness: You will have assertiveness and pro-active management and responsiveness, with the ability to take initiative and respond to changing priorities.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Successfully Completed Degree in Computer Science/Communications Engineering or Equivalent: You will have a successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 Years of Professional Experience in the IT Sector, Preferably in IAM Systems Development and Maintenance: You will have minimum 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector, preferably in IAM systems development and maintenance.
