POSITION SUMMARY:
The Identity & Access Manager - Operations is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of identity and access solutions within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of identity management protocols and IT security practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems and IT security frameworks.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address issues and enhance system performance.
  • Solution Development: Craft and document effective solutions tailored to business needs.
  • IAM Solutions: Maintain and troubleshoot at least one IAM solution, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the rollout process for IAM solutions across various applications.

COLLABORATION:
Engage in regular communication with:
  • Central product owners for Identity and Access Management.
  • Feature teams associated with other IAM products.
  • Stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.

ROLL-OUT STRATEGY:
Lead the onboarding of solutions to applications by:
  • Consulting and analyzing during the implementation of IAM solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance to application owners regarding identity management protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and LDAPs.
  • Fostering continuous improvement in rollout methodologies.
