Primary Duties:
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, focusing on Risk Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, and Issue Management.
  • Facilitate the integration of ServiceNow with SAP and OneIdentity utilizing web services or other applicable technologies.
  • Design and uphold Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Perform comprehensive Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments and execute effective remediation measures.
  • Analyze and resolve compliance discrepancies through strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving expertise.
  • Engage in the Agile Working Model (AWM) as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant certification in cloud or Active Directory authentication.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Scrum certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP GRC.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IAM.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient understanding of the Agile Working Model.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket/GitHub.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of proactively contributing to team initiatives.
  • Methodical and logical approach to problem analysis and documentation of solutions.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to mentor and share expertise with peers.
  • Ability to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks if necessary.
