This position involves supporting brokers in the Australian market, requiring a shift in working hours from 04h00 to 12h30—ideal for those who thrive in the early hours. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid model while making a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Implement strategies to reduce policy cancellations.
  • Meet and exceed client retention goals.
  • Assist in minimizing overall operational costs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Ensure all interactions with stakeholders (clients, account managers, insurers) are precise, timely, and professional.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Support the achievement of personal and organizational client satisfaction targets.

Operational Processes:

  • Adhere to company quality standards and compliance requirements across various operational functions.

General Inquiries:

  • Respond to questions regarding coverage, products, and procedures.

New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, and Re-broke:

  • Evaluate client portfolios.
  • Request, obtain, and analyze quotes from insurers.
  • Provide clients with necessary documentation and information.
  • Adjust premiums as required.

Documentation Management:

  • Ensure all relevant documents are filed electronically and in hard copy.

Policy Cancellations:

  • Follow established retention procedures.
  • Process cancellations in the system.
  • Confirm cancellation requests with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all documentation.

Refund Processing:

  • Generate invoices and request refunds from management electronically.
  • File all related documentation appropriately.

Client and Team Communication:

  • Engage in proactive communication with client account managers regarding portfolio changes and service requirements.
  • Ensure that productivity and performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in both individual and team performance.
  • Comply with company policies and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Report any suspected fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all activities.
