Senior Business Analyst

Razia Samson Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our finance systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new business processes and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document and maintain business processes and functional specifications.
  • Provide testing and implementation support for new systems and processes.
  • Lead change management and user training initiatives.
  • Consult with users and provide system support.

Requirements:
  • Finance or commercial-related degree with analytical and commercial subjects.

  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software processes.

  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, including change impact management, testing methodologies, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional qualifications in information systems or finance.
  • SAP certification.
  • Business analysis certification or diploma.

  • Experience in IT service management and defect management.
