Creditor Management Assistant

About the Position
We are looking for a Creditor Management Assistant to join our team at Adapt IT Group. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment.
- Authorise invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate creditor reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and SARS tax invoice requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient payment processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Provide support to the Finance team as needed.
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as Sage X3.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial services or accounting.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
