Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Creditors Processor to join our team at Yellosa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process invoices on SAGE X3 and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  2. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including auditing, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data.
  3. Prepare invoices, creditor reconciliations and bank payments.
  4. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
  5. Verify discrepancies before the end of the month and resolve suppliers' billing issues.
  6. Send remittances and supporting documents to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Sage X3 experience is advantageous
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license

Salary Range: R13 000 - R15 000 per month
