Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Pre and Post Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving applicable industry certifications and ensuring they remain current.
  • Representing the company at customer engagements and conferences.
  • Attending meetings with sales teams to identify customer pain points and possible cross-sell opportunities.
  • Delivering vendor presentations and training to the customer landscape.
  • Proposing and professionally demonstrating enterprise products and solutions.
  • Building Billing of Material (BOMs) based on customer requirements.
  • Deploying and configuring proposed solutions based on customer requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborating with the creation and presentation of a business case to all business sponsors in support of solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and sales collateral.
  • Promoting the Enterprise and AI portfolio through customer engagement.
  • Becoming entrenched as a trusted advisor to colleagues and customers.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, Enterprise and AI product portfolio, and solutions.
  • Partaking in tender evaluation, product/solution recommendation, and pricing.
  • Prizing products/services accurately, as per vendor or customer requirements.
