Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to become a vital part of the team at People Dimension, a distinguished provider of engineering software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Executive (BDE) in achieving sales objectives and increasing revenue within the designated area.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and telemarketing efforts.
  • Assess incoming marketing leads to determine their potential for conversion.

Lead Evaluation

  • Analyze sales leads to qualify them for further engagement.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the Sales CRM, transforming leads into actionable opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the BDE to ensure accurate customer records are kept in the CRM.
  • Prepare sales quotations and payment notifications, either independently or in conjunction with the Sales Administration Assistant.
  • Work alongside the BDE to update and manage sales opportunities in the CRM.

Sales Management

  • Coordinate with Accounts and Technical Teams post-sales to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers within the territory.
  • Support marketing initiatives and sales strategies by executing campaigns effectively.
  • Enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and coaching sessions.
  • Follow up on necessary documentation and payments for orders received or fulfilled.
  • Schedule appointments for the BDE with prospective clients.
  • Organize preparation for demonstrations and technical meetings with the technical team.
  • Perform essential administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • High school diploma with a focus on mathematics.

Experience

  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Experience in supporting BDEs to achieve monthly sales goals.

  • Knowledge of telecommunications is advantageous.

Compensation

Monthly salary of R15,000 CTC plus a commission of 1% on sales.
