Warranty Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Warranty Clerk to manage warranty paperwork, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with OEMs to ensure timely reimbursement for warranty claims. This role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional time management, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Evolve and the ability to handle high volumes of vehicles, including carryovers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage warranty paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with OEMs to ensure timely reimbursement for warranty claims
- Ensure customer trust and satisfaction by ensuring they receive the full benefits of their warranties
- Handle high volumes of vehicles, including carryovers, efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and payments
- Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License
- At least 2 years of Warranty experience within a franchised motor dealership
- Excellent knowledge of warranty procedure and claims
- Working knowledge of Evolve (or similar)
- Well-spoken and presented
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Ability to build good relationships with OEMs and suppliers
- Stable work history
