Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to fill a position in our Service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Managers and technicians, ensuring that warranty requirements are fulfilled, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Management and technicians to ensure seamless warranty processes
- Fulfill warranty requirements efficiently and effectively
- Solve warranty-related issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor defective products to prevent future claims
- Maintain accurate records of customer details and warranty reports
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Experience working as a Warranty Clerk within a Service department
- A background in the vehicle dealership sector, preferably with experience working for a corporate brand
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in motor industry systems such as Kerridge or Autoline
- Relevant motor industry experience
- A minimum of Grade 12 education
- A clear criminal record
