Job Description:
The Account Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Inland Region. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively

Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the airline industry
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
