We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.

This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality documentation, including user manuals, guides, technical specifications, and online help content. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze complex technical information, identify documentation needs, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and aligns with company standards.

You will use advanced Microsoft Suite tools and technical writing software to produce polished and professional documentation. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and best practices for technical writing.

This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively. You will also participate in cross-functional teams and projects to ensure documentation meets project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements
  • National Diploma/Degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant technical certification.
  • Minimum of 8 years of technical writing experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of producing clear and user-friendly documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
