We are seeking a Visionary Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Liyema Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing forward-thinking business plans that align with the company's global goals while ensuring local growth. This will involve leading key accounts, delivering tailored solutions to our largest clients, driving revenue and growth, identifying new opportunities, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, and introducing innovative products and services to Nigeria's evolving market.

Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in the payments industry, with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Expertise in banking, fintechs, card payments, and mobile networks.
  • Proven track record in sales, leadership, and client management.
Personal Characteristics:
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Innovative, curious, and results-driven with high integrity.
Location:

Nigeria (Hybrid Office 2-3 days/week).

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
