Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tanzanian Banking Operations Director to join our team at Network International. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bank, including IT, HR, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Service, and other departments.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, with at least 10 years of experience in the industry and 5 years in a senior management role. You will be responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures, as well as setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

You will lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, and manage relationships with partners/vendors. Additionally, you will assist the CEO in fundraising ventures, participate in expansion activities, and manage the operational budget and perform regular financial analysis to maintain cost-efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and professional certifications such as CFA or CPA. They will also have proven experience as a COO or in other managerial positions, and familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales, and corporate governance.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
