  • Demonstrated experience as an Events Specialist or in a comparable role within an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strategic client partnerships.
  • Commercially astute with a profound understanding of client business motivations.
  • Superior organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for crafting innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Competent in collaborating with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and all pertinent internal stakeholders.
  • Promptly address and resolve any challenges and concerns raised by clients, ensuring trust is maintained.
  • Generate regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders utilizing key account metrics.
  • Formulate and oversee account strategies for all existing clients, incorporating insights from all key internal stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or 4-5 years of pertinent work experience in a similar context.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • 4 – 5 years of experience in the commercial, sales, and marketing sectors.
  • Proven track record in driving growth and enhancing profitability in sales, advertising, and marketing services.
