We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a patient demeanor.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies, using available resources when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our business operations, including policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, or communications) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or front office sector.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Micros Opera software or similar technology, preferred but not essential.
  • A reliable means of transportation, as occasional travel may be required.
