**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented corporate administrator to provide support in respect of all Body Corporate Clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive Annual General Meeting Packs for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Trustees, addressing any queries or necessary items.
  • Maintain accurate statutory files and minute books.
  • Capture payments of corporate saver transactions.
  • Compile documents for levy clearance purposes.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Precise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Tactful and discreet in dealing with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Matric certificate is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of administration/clerical experience are required.
  • Secretarial experience is an advantage.
  • Pastel knowledge and corporate saver expertise are essential.

The ideal candidate must reside in the Durban South or surrounding areas.
