Job Description for Business Operations Coordinator at Sydsen

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sydsen. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Service Manager with various office administrative duties and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with customer communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Stable work track record and reliable.
  • Organized and able to think outside the box, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
