About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team at Profession Hub. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for growing our affiliate network, developing our paid media and affiliate strategy, and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growing the Affiliate Network
    • Identify new potential publishers and actively onboard them, including affiliates, influencers, and paid media partners.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate network growth and engagement.
  • Developing the Paid Media and Affiliate Strategy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive paid media and affiliate strategy.
    • Monitor and analyze advertising statistics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Managing Key Accounts
    • Regularly communicate with affiliates to understand their needs and provide support.
    • Analyze affiliate performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating and Executing Promotional Campaigns
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive affiliate sales and revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Serving as a First Point of Contact
    • Provide exceptional customer service to affiliates and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Building Reports and Analyzing Performance
    • Develop and maintain reports to track affiliate performance and campaign success.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize affiliate channel performance.
  • Monitoring the Competitor Space
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Adjust our strategy accordingly to stay competitive.
  • Fraud Detection and Prevention
    • Identify and prevent fraudulent activity within the affiliate network.
  • Providing Support and Information
    • Provide affiliates with necessary information, tools, and support to effectively promote our brands.
  • Monitoring and Analyzing Affiliate Performance
    • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with Affiliates
    • Collaborate with affiliates to ensure their ROI aligns with agreed parameters.
  • Affiliate Payments
    • Work with finance to ensure accurate and timely affiliate payments.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Regulations
    • Stay current with industry regulations and ensure our brand's reputation and integrity are upheld.
Requirements
  • Relevant Education and Experience
    • Relevant diploma or degree in business or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the gaming space.
  • Business Development Background
    • A business development background is a plus.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Media, Celebrities, and Influencers
    • Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent English, other languages are a big plus.
