Job Title: EPC Project Manager M/F

Voltalia is a leading renewable energy company with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The EPC Project Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation and execution of EPC projects, including site team definition, documentation review, procurement, and project controls. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project team in the preparation and execution of EPC projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including site team definition, documentation review, and procurement.
  • Manage project controls, including cost controls, contract management, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with Voltalia policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with development and project finance teams to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in EPC project management, with a strong background in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse international teams.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
