Electrical Technical Operations Manager Job Description

Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the electrical technical operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tender pricing, contract management, and project planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams across multiple branches to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify training requirements and manage IR-related matters to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Utilize expert software skills in MS Projects and Candy Construction Software to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the electrical, construction, or engineering industry, specifically in a tender and projects environment.
  • Sound understanding of managing tender pricing, managing contracts, providing leadership in project/operational planning, SANS10142, and material control.
  • Natural leadership style to motivate teams across multiple branches.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
