The Business Manager role will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Payments Officer (CPO). The Business Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Advisor of our client as required. The Business Manager will execute all executive assistance and general business management duties to enable the executive and managers to optimize their portfolios and execute their roles and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end executive office and administrative support to the function executives by managing function and cross-function responsibilities at a senior management level on behalf of the executives.
- Manage office logistics, including planning and coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting management.
- Manage executive office expenses within budget and execute expense administration processes.
- Manage executive office administration, record keeping, and filing systems.
- Prepare and track matters arising and actions from all meetings.
- Conduct business research and data analytics as required by the offices of the relevant teams.
- Minimum of 3-year relevant Degree/National Diploma is essential.
- 5-8 years of experience in an executive assistant role or professional business management role in the C-suite.
- Project management experience would be an advantage.
- Financial services experience would be an advantage.
- Utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Team leadership and orientation with the ability to motivate others towards performance.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to integrate strategy and operational components into cohesive execution plans and follow-through.
- Data analytical skills.
- Develop and deliver management information systems (MIS) as required for the functions being supported.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
