Requirements:

Technical Recruiter/Recruiter Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Effective sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or IT (advantageous).
