Senior Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Operations Manager to join our team at KMCK Talent Sourcing. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of effective security protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities;
  • Maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on security matters;
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential security threats;
  • Manage and coordinate security training programs for employees and contractors;
  • Oversee the deployment of security personnel and equipment to ensure effective coverage and response to security incidents;
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior security role, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security protocols and procedures;
  • Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities;
  • Certifications such as PSIRA Grade A or equivalent.
