We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Rayal Industrial Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Order processing and quotations: Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, as well as providing competitive quotations to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Check stock levels and production plan: Monitor stock levels and production schedules to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • Inform customers on deliveries: Keep customers informed about the status of their deliveries, including any delays or changes to the schedule.
  • Call customers regularly: Establish strong relationships with customers by regular phone calls to inform them about new products, specials, promotions, and other relevant information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
  • Sales and target-driven approach: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Team player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Education: A minimum of Grade 12 education, with 2-3 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in the porcelain and ceramic tiles industry.
