ARRCC Social Media & Digital Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Social Media & Digital Administrator to join our team at ARRCC. This role is crucial in implementing our digital strategy and ensuring consistent brand visibility across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Collateral & Content Creation:
  • Develop and manage a content library system to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
  • Create engaging multimedia content for ARRCC across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Social Media Management:
  • Source, manage, and organize content based on brand pillars to ensure alignment with our marketing strategy.
  • Schedule and post monthly approved content plans provided by the Brand Manager to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Handle community management, responding promptly to queries and comments to ensure excellent customer service.
Digital Channel Management:
  • Maintain and update websites to ensure alignment with SEO strategies and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Post blog content and newsletters, managing the MailChimp platform to engage with our audience.
  • Execute Google Ads strategies provided by the Brand Manager to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
Internal Communication:
  • Compile quarterly social media and digital performance results for the internal magazine to track our progress.
  • Manage and coordinate LinkedIn content for Directors, based on provided strategies to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Organize and brief staff on social media content for travel-related communications to ensure consistency across all channels.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Social Media Administrator role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as knowledge of platforms such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, Iconosquare, and Power BI.
  • Passionate about media and marketing, with excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
