The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR/Recruitment or career services, with experience delivering a professional recruitment service to demanding clients. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, and be able to prioritize effectively and accept responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screening candidate applications for Audit and Advisory roles and inviting them for assessments and interviews.
  • Inspecting applications received through the HR ATS system, email, or CV drop-offs to ensure minimum criteria are met within required timeframes.
  • Communicating via phone or email with successful and unsuccessful candidates.
  • Inviting successful candidates for Assessments/Interviews.
  • Engagement strategy with signed candidates.
