We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Resourcing Expert to join our team at Tower Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in building organizational capability through leading and driving talent resourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and cultivate excellent working relationships, understanding their talent needs and aligning resourcing strategies to meet people plans.
- Build talent pipelines for future needs, leveraging internal databases, alternate sourcing channels, referrals, talent days, and talent mapping exercises.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition services, proactively communicating and updating key stakeholders.
- Consult with the business to support targeted attraction strategies for relevant business areas based on drivers/strategy, research, and analysis.
- Engage with preferred suppliers, building working relationships to deliver the right talent for the business.
- Provide market trends and analysis on a regular basis, influencing recruitment plans.
- Accountable for resourcing reporting, including analysis of performance against KPIs and insights to shape the business area-specific resourcing strategy.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Experienced talent acquisition specialist with managed portfolios of complex recruitment for demanding clients.
- Creative sourcing strategies for small-medium businesses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Effective communication skills, persuading insight into business needs and advising at senior levels.
- Strong networker with adaptability, resilience, flexibility, and energy.
- Analysis of recruitment data and trends, implementing corrective actions.
- Commercial acumen and experience dealing with tight deadlines.
Must-Haves
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
- 3-year qualification in the HR field is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
- Experience in research, market mapping, networking, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing vendors/suppliers and SLAs.
Salary Range
R850,000 - R1,100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
