Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

  • Support foster carers and adoptive parents in their roles, promoting positive relationships and stability for children.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to families in crisis, helping them navigate complex systems and find solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification).
  • Registration with Social Work England (or relevant body).
  • Proven experience in at least one of the specified areas (Safeguarding, Child Protection, Fostering, Family Support, or Adoption).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
