Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support community team members to ensure they meet their daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate safe space operations and implement daily activities.
- Plan a daily schedule of safe space activities.
- Identify and provide guidance and counselling to adolescents experiencing psychosocial challenges.
- Participate in local stakeholders' meetings.
- Deliver orientation training to community team members.

Essential Requirements:
- A relevant 4-year Bachelor's degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification recognised by SAQA.
- Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
- At least 5 years of experience in social work involving case management after registration as a Social Worker with SACSSP.
- Experience working with Adolescents and Youth programmes.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Understanding of human behaviour, social systems, and intervention techniques.
- Empowerment and people management skills.
- Information management and programme management skills.
