Job Title: Personal Assistant for Neurodivergent Children in the UK

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to assist a family with four neurodivergent children (three boys aged 13, 12, and 10, and a girl aged 5) in their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and have experience in tutoring or teaching. They should also be familiar with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

In this role, you will provide academic and emotional support to the children, helping them to thrive in their education and personal development. You will also be responsible for planning fun and educational outings, preparing snacks and lunch, and assisting with homework and projects.

We offer a comprehensive training program from the NDC Facilitation Academy and personalized individual support from a registered counsellor. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our children receive the best possible care and support.

This is a permanent position with a minimum commitment of 18 months. The salary range is £2200-2500 per month, depending on experience. We cover the cost of flights to the UK and return flights home when the position ends. You will need to arrange your own accommodation in the UK, but we can provide guidance on finding suitable housing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and emotional support to the children
  • Assist with planning fun and educational outings
  • Prepare snacks and lunch for the children
  • Assist with homework and projects
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care and support for the children
Requirements:
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong tutoring skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to the child's needs and family's schedule
