We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at RareCruit. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for quality and excellence.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality management systems (QMS) and develop processes to drive continuous improvement.

Your primary focus will be on documentation control, including managing and controlling all quality-related documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel. You will also be responsible for implementing document control procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Control:
    • Manage and control all quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
    • Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.
    • Implement document control procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) Support:
    • Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS.
    • Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to quality and report on trends or issues.
  • Training and Compliance:
    • Coordinate training sessions on quality procedures and processes.
    • Monitor training compliance and maintain training records.
    • Provide guidance and support to departments to ensure understanding and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Quality Assurance Support:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans and activities.
    • Participate in quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • National Diploma or equivalent in Quality or Business Administration with relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a quality assurance or quality control environment, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and document control software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
