About the Role

You'll be responsible for providing informed, helpful, and educative solutions to aggrieved clients, turning their service experience journey from unsatisfactory to satisfactory. You'll work closely with business units to resolve complaints, create awareness regarding service breakdowns, and take corrective action.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide informed, helpful, and educative solutions to aggrieved clients.
  • Support and assist in complaint resolution.
  • Take corrective action to prevent service breakdowns.
Qualifications

We require a candidate with a NQF 5 qualification in Insurance/Banking. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in short-term insurance is essential, along with knowledge of associated products, processes, and systems. Experience in complaints management and application of complaints regulations is also required.
