Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and revenue. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams and design the Marketing department's budget.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage the digital marketing team, guide the content team in crafting engaging and SEO-friendly content, and collaborate with other teams and departments to integrate marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Launch and oversee online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness, oversee SEO and SEM strategies, manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's digital marketing strategy's effectiveness, maintain knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, analytics, and business intelligence, and provide end-to-end project management for all digital campaigns.
- Innovation and Adaptation: Identify and test new digital platforms and tools, stay up-to-date with digital technology developments, and adapt strategies based on analytical data and emerging trends.
- Communication: Communicate digital marketing plans and strategies to senior management, supervise the design of all digital media elements, including the company website and individual project microsites.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies, or a related field. An advanced degree such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) can be an added advantage.
- Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager within the renewable energy sector and have renewable energy product knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and project management skills, strong team leading and team management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
